Belly Dance and Hoop Dance, while similar in genre, are actually quite different in execution. It is not often that you see a dancer perform the two together, and then do it well. Carrie Spratforddemonstrates her proficiency in both art forms and then skillfully combines the two in her first hoop/belly dance hybrid solo. She moves with fluidity and grace through a unique routine that is enthusiastically received by her audience at Bloomington Belly Dances 2013. We were certainly impressed! Carrie is performing to “Estaba Loco” by Shotta and you can purchase it on iTunes. Carrie lives in Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
If there’s one fictional death that I’ll never, ever recover from, it’s Prim’s.
I was literally prepared to lose everyone but her.
I know the drill. Wartime. Pain. Loss. There’s no such thing as a happy ending when characters you love go to war.
But Prim… She was supposed to…
OMG!!!! Someone who feels the EXACT SAME WAY I DO!!!!! Prim’s death makes Katniss’s sacrifices null and void. She wasn’t able to save the one person she was trying to in the very beginning. How did she not lose her sanity??????? I mean, great, Panem got what it needed because of Katniss but COME ON!!!! (Yet I still absolutely LOVE this Trilogy.)
